Education
Employees are encouraged to take advantage of SC Johnson’s commitment to education. Full-time employees are eligible to earn 100% tuition reimbursement while interns are offered flexible hours in order to work around busy school schedules. Everyone has the opportunity to take advantage of online classes, a shadowing program, lunchtime learning sessions and courses offered through the Johnson Learning Institute.
