- Applying program- and system-skills to business problems

- Global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) – Integrating innovate, single-instance software to automate and streamline business processes, from tracking sales, to directing product supply to managing finances
- Business Intelligence – Giving worldwide staff more and better information, in easy-to-use formats
- Global Data Networking – Connecting all SC Johnson subsidiaries, having them use the latest communication technologies
- Desktop Engineering – Creating the global infrastructure to automate computer support
