all the time. The Johnson Learning Institute (JLI) is an important component in
our efforts to invest in the professional and personal development of our people.
Open to all employees, it offers the opportunity to build skills needed to meet the
challenges of an increasingly complex business environment and society.
JLI curricula meet the development needs of our workforce at various levels. From
new employee orientation to courses on conflict resolution, strategic thinking and
leadership, to technical training on new manufacturing technology, JLI covers each
phase of an employee's career at SC Johnson, helping individuals succeed as job
responsibilities evolve. The JLI training initiative complements the training
and skill development programs offered by individual regions and departments to
meet particular employee needs.
The Johnson Executive Excellence Program (JEEP) is designed specifically to
develop the professional skills of executives who have a high level of involvement in
global business. JEEP is held each fall at INSEAD University, outside Paris.
The program is designed to widen the knowledge of global economic, political and
business environments; foster a global mindset, and facilitate the deployment of key
global initiatives.
